Skanskas aktiesparprogram Seop har som syfte att attrahera och behålla medarbetare i koncernen samt skapa delaktighet och engagemang. Cirka 11 000 medarbetare deltar i Seop, och har tillsammans investerat cirka 380 miljoner kronor under 2019. Den första omgången av Skanskas aktiesparprogram SEOP (Skanska Employee Ownership Program) startade i januari 2008. Efter tre års sparande går det programmet vid årsskiftet in i nästa fas, där spararna under de kommande tre åren tilldelas aktier utifrån hur mycket de har sparat och hur den del av Skanska som de arbetar i har utvecklats.
